Everything we do
From a fortnightly mow to a full property overhaul — homes, acreage, commercial sites, body corporate and strata. Licensed, $20 million insured, and the same local crew every visit.
What we do
Most clients start with regular mowing and add from there. Everything below can be booked on its own or bundled into a single visit.
Ride-on and push mowing with catching, precision bladed edging, whipper snipping around fences and obstacles, and a full blow-down of paths and driveways. Weekly, fortnightly, monthly or one-off.
Get a quote →Commercial zero-turn mowers for large blocks and rural properties, plus trimming around fence lines, tanks, sheds and driveways. No paddock slashing or fire breaks.
Get a quote →Scarifying to remove thatch, core aeration to relieve compaction, top dressing, fertilising and wetting agents — matched to whether you're on red Ferrosol or black cracking clay.
Get a quote →Hedge trimming, shaping and cutback, tree pruning, rose pruning and small tree removal up to 5 metres. Working at Heights certified.
Get a quote →Selective herbicide for lawn weeds, knockdown for paths and beds, and pre-emergent timed for bindii and winter grass. ACDC licensed and ChemCert accredited — legally required to spray commercially.
Get a quote →Weeding, mulching, pruning, bed edging and seasonal tidy-ups. Keeps established gardens looking deliberate rather than merely under control.
Get a quote →Overgrown gardens brought back, plus rock and mulch bed installation. Heavy-duty plastic under full rock beds, woven weed matting under planted beds — so it stays clean long term.
Get a quote →Vacate and pre-sale cleanups, storm tidy-ups and long-neglected yards. Everything removed and disposed of, with as many dump runs as the job takes.
Get a quote →Working sites, body corporate, strata and managed properties. $20M public liability, documented SWMS, Blue Cards, and itemised invoicing for committees and facility managers.
Commercial details →Grounds maintenance for short-stay rentals, investment properties and unit complexes, with short-notice tidies between guests where we can fit them in.
Also available
Booked and scheduled through TopLawn — one point of contact, one schedule, one invoice cycle. Pressure cleaning and concrete sealing, gutter clearing and soft washing, window and solar panel cleaning.
How it works
Ongoing service runs on a recurring schedule — weekly, fortnightly or monthly through the growing season, stretching out over winter when growth slows. You get the same crew, a reminder text the day before, and a better rate than one-off work because we're already in your area.
One-off jobs are just as welcome. First cuts on overgrown lawns, vacate and pre-sale cleanups, garden overhauls, storm tidy-ups. No obligation to continue afterwards, though plenty of people do.
There's no lock-in contract either way. Pause, change frequency or stop whenever you need to.
Ongoing or one-off
What affects your price
Every quote is free and priced on the property, not a flat rate. These are the things that move the number.
How much lawn there is, and whether we can get a ride-on in or need to push mow. Tight or gated side accesses take longer.
A lawn that's been left three months needs more than a maintenance cut. First visits on overgrown properties are priced separately.
Regular work is priced better than one-offs. Fortnightly costs less per visit than monthly, because there's less growth to deal with.
Hedging, weed spraying, fertilising or garden work added to a mow costs less than booking them separately.
Clippings are included. Large cleanups that need multiple dump runs are quoted with disposal built in.
Commercial sites needing inductions, SWMS documentation or out-of-hours access are quoted accordingly.

Common questions
Yes, and it's cheaper that way. Most clients have mowing plus one or two extras — hedging, weed spraying or garden work — done on the same visit. We're already on site, so you're not paying for a second call-out.
Both. Plenty of our work is one-off — first cuts on overgrown lawns, vacate cleans, pre-sale tidy-ups, garden overhauls. There's no obligation to book ongoing service afterwards.
Mowing with catching, precision bladed edging along paths, driveways and beds, whipper snipping around fences and obstacles, and a full blow-down of hard surfaces. Clippings are removed. Edging is part of every mow, not an extra.
Yes. We hold an ACDC licence — the Queensland Commercial Operator's Licence legally required to apply herbicides commercially on land you don't own or occupy — and we're ChemCert accredited in safe handling, storage and application. Not every mowing service in Toowoomba holds one.
No. We do acreage and rural mowing on maintained land with commercial zero-turn mowers, but not paddock slashing or fire-break work. If that's what you need, we're happy to point you elsewhere.
Heavy-duty plastic under full rock beds, because nothing needs to grow through. Woven weed matting under planted beds, so water and air still reach the roots. Using the wrong one is why a lot of beds fail within a year.
No, as long as we can access the areas that need doing. You'll get a reminder text the day before so you can unlock gates or move cars, and we'll let you know when we're done.
Small-area turf laying and lawn repair, yes — patching worn spots, reinstating after works, small new areas. Full-yard installations are better suited to a dedicated turf contractor.
