Why us here

Local knowledge, local crew

Vale View's elevated, semi-rural blocks get the full mixed fleet, matched to size and terrain — the commercial-grade zero-turn for the open ground, push mowers for the tighter and steeper sections. Same crew, same standard as anywhere in our area. Family-owned, $20M insured, 70+ five-star reviews.

The soil under your lawn

Mixed / transition

Red Ferrosol · texture-contrast

Vale View sits on red Ferrosol and lighter texture-contrast soil on elevated southern ground. The red soil drains freely and dries at the surface (wetting agents help); the lighter areas dry faster. Couch, kikuyu and buffalo are the common grasses. Winter grass and bindii are the cool-season weeds.

Vale View is an elevated semi-rural locality southeast of the city near Preston — larger blocks on higher ground.

What our Vale View customers say

★★★★★

Great attention to detail and communication. They did an absolutely terrific job on our home, took all our ideas and plans on board and offered great advice to avoid some hidden pitfalls. Very positive experience at a time when it's hard to find diligent trustworthy contractors at any price point. We would definitely recommend James and his team and use them over and over again. Certainly a business worth engaging for your property needs. Thank you and keep up the great work :)
